This recipe I love. I like custard but the crust burned me crazy. The only thing I did not get that crust so characteristic of the Catalan cream, at least not that I have gotten used to seeing.
I call, if anyone knows how to get the crust of crème brûlée well, please tell me.

Ingredients for 6 people


1l milk 10 egg yolks 200g sugar


40g of cornstarch 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar Pinch of salt

1 of the skin of a lemon
1 cinnamon stick

* Put the butterfly in the blades and take in the glass all ingredients except the lemon peel and cinnamon. Mix 15sec, vel 3 1 / 2 .

* Add the lemon peel and cinnamon and set 11min, 90 º, vel 2 . When finished, set other 2 min, at the same speed without temperature.

* If you have foam, reprogram 2min, 90 º, vel 2 .

Note: If you cut, take 1 / 4 tumbler of cold milk and mix 2min, vel 2 .
